These guys were very professional with the installation and took time to explain everything about the system to my wife. I guess the best vote of confidence was when the county inspector came out he said these guys are good and they do it right.

Having an HVAC system replaced in July, in NC, can be a stressful prospect but not with Mount Holly HVAC; they mitigated the stress with communication and friendly conversation. The VP, Dan, and his team have a ton of experience. They know their business inside and out, and they care about the customer. There was no pressure for me to sign a contract, I worked on my own timeline. There was product shortage from Carrier, about 2 weeks, but Dan kept me up to date every step of the way. I was fortunate to be able to replace my system in the cooler months. Financing was a breeze, I just used the financing Dan recommended with his initial quote. It was a seamless experience. I am thankful I found this gem of a company.

I have used this company since 1974. They arrived at my home at 8:30 am. By 3:30 pm they had removed my old units and replaced some ductwork and installed new gas pack, cleaned up and were finished. I felt they gave me a good price and I now have a great system.
