Brad was on time for my appointment estimate. He was very knowledgeable and I got my estimate within 1 hour. Mr. Perry (Install Manager) was also on time for his part. He is a walking HVAC dictionary and very knowledgeable of install requirements. I watched the folks install the heat pump. I asked a lot of questions and they patiently answered them. I am the original home owner. Lee Air installed the original (1980), the second (1995) and the new one (2020). I am probably jinxing myself but we have always been satisfied. They also installed a new heat pump in my daughters condo around 2010 and she has been satisfied.
