From the sales consultant, Jordan was ours, to the technicians doing removal and install, Brian and Adam to the electrician, Jerry, all displayed true professionalism with their work ethic and conduct. Loved working with these people and they made the whole experience amazing. They removed my old heat pump and all the old original 1978 duct work and installed a new heat pump and complete downstairs duct work and vent boots. My wife and I are glad to be breathing clean air on top of having a new and more efficient unit.
