Techs were nice and got the job done.

These guys did a great job of replacing my complete hvac system. they showed up on time, where professional, did great work and cleaned up after themselves. Couldn't have asked for a better experience, thanks airtron

New home construction and system is not balanced. Airtron has been to the home several times and still have not resolved the issue. The technicians that respond are very nice but are not solving the problem. They have redirected airflow and still no improvement. They have also suggested different upgrades to the system that may help but why should we have to pay for something that was not designed right? There are many people in the neighborhood that have the same complaints. My daughter can barely sleep in her room and I can barely work in the home office as the temperature difference in these rooms is often 2\-7 degrees off from the other rooms. I am hoping that the equipment used is not under sized.

We closed on a new home from DR Horton in December of 2019. We were not notified or left with any detailed paperwork or certificate of warranty by DR Horton, AirTron, or Carrier and as such, we were screwed out of getting the 5yr to 10 yr extension on the warranty for failing to register our products in the first 90 days. This is a failure on the parts of all 3 of these business partners and Carrier refuses to stand behind their product for 10 years unless you race to register the products? If they are worth having and warranting for 10 years, why wouldn't you just give it to homeowners upfront? Having a problem in year 2, we find out we only have 3 years left of warranty and Carrier customer service rudely let me know I was out of luck and they wouldn't be wavering despite their "gotcha" business plan. Airtron wants $89 just to diagnose plus labor even if the parts are faulty and it would take them 5 days to come out. Don't get me started on DR Horton... GREAT SERVICE ALL AROUND! Way to take care of your customers...

New home construction. TERRIBLE duct design and response to concerns. Had to have the design of second floor altered due to terrible design andwork.

Initial Installation of the Carrier product went well.

Downstairs it cools great but upstairs the master bedroom and the bedroom next to it doesn't get as much air. Called Airtron and it is still not flowing properly.
