We had a air condition unit installed in our home. Our neighbor had Ace heating install one the previous year. We had already gotten several quotes and it was looking quite expensive and a problem to install in our log home. So we called Ace heating and they came out quickly and gave quote on the spot. The install went smoothly and quickly. Everyone was great to deal with.

Overall, I believe that this group knows their business. Unfortunately, there were several serious quality issues that surfaced during the installation including several electrical lines that were partially or fully cut through, as well as ducting that was only partially secured or sealed \- all of these items were discovered by me during my own post\-installation inspections, not brought to my attention through their own quality checks. Thankfully I spent the time to painstakingly go through all areas that were touched by them to find and ultimately fix the five electrical lines that had been cut and then sent off pictures of the other ducting issues. The response to my complaints were professional \- not trying to cover up the issues, and I appreciated that they fixed the duct issues quickly and financially compensated me for the electrical rework that was needed. I believe that the owner of this company is solid and does good work, but unfortunately needs to improve the overall quality of his team that does the bulk of the installation and/or up their inspection process so that the homeowner doesn't have to be responsible for finding these issues \- I can only imagine the expense of fixing the electrical issues (not to mention the safety concerns!!) if the walls had been closed in and the system energized prior to making the repairs that were needed...
