Temp Right Service - Kalispell

I ordered this air source heat pump to augment and control temps better in my shop/apt. The team from sales through installation were very helpful and knowledgeable in selecting the right unit for the space. install was on time and they did a great job yesterday pulling it all together. i have not received follow up as of yet for info/help on filing for the fed/stae and power company tax credits which will offset some of the unit cost but expecting them to reach out in a day or two. overall great job and everything is working at this time.

I give High March to the estimator and the installer Patrick and his helper. They were very knowledgeable and they did a great job on removing and hooking up all the new equipment. I would recommend a raise for both of them. Ron

Very happy with the professionalism of Temp Right during the issue troubleshooting phase of my original furnace all the way through the installation of my new furnace. They also worked hard to locate replacement parts for my 20 year old furnace.

You couldn't have sent a better crew to install our new furnace. They were professional, polite and got right to the job. Patrick took time to explain the mechanisms of the furnace, as they are different than the previous one. They left the installation area better than they found it. This company installed the old one we replaced, and that was 30 yrs ago.

Temp Right completed the work as was agreed upon in terms of installation time and in terms of the equipment proovided.

Our furnace went kaput, and we were without heat. The service technician we had called to evaluate the furnace discovered a cracked heat exchanger and slight CO leak and had to take the furnace off line.Temp Right moved us to the head of the line to get a new furnace installed and we are so grateful. The day after installation, we noted the furnace not heating and within 20 minutes of calling for help a technician arrived and solved the problem. Finally warm! Everyone person we have dealt with from service tech to installer to front desk/phone has been super. Can't comment much about the new furnace unit yet but have no doubt it will be excellent!

Greg with his knowledge of equipment, gave the guidance necessary enabling a 30 year old retro fit. Greg was extremely patient and very helpful. The installers, Patrick and Evan, were very professional explaining the process during the entire installation. Their workmanship along with their promptness was appreciated. It was a pleasure working with all three including the Carson Brothers office staff.

The technicians were amazing \-\- clean, neat, efficient. They took care to make sure we understood the product after installation was complete. They arrived on time, finished the job in less time than they anticipated, purchased some additional PVC pipe from a local building supply company in order to complete the job in one day. We could not be more pleased. Highly recommended.
