Our installation was done as scheduled and completed on time. The workmanship is excellent. The install team also answered all the questions I had and was very helpful explaining the function of the system and components \- very knowledgeable crew. And when our thermostat didn't connect to our wireless network initially John Trelstad followed up by first trying a software update but then helped by replacing the thermostat. Excellent customer service!

Reliable's team made the best bid for a furnace and AC replacement. They were able to order the needed parts and start the job much earlier than anticipated and finished the same day they arrived with the parts. They were transparent about their approach to the install and asked for input when faced with several ways to install pipes. They explained the options and their pros and cons very clearly. The team was very courteous and took time to answer all of my questions. When the job was done, the final cost perfectly matched the estimate. I highly recommend working with them. Reliable, diagnosed the problem with my furnace and talked me through the options. I decided to replace my furnace and they had it up and running the following day in the middle of winter when it was 20 below.

Quick and high quality service. Furnace went out when temps were below zero on New Year's Day. Helped troubleshoot the problem to keep the old one running until a new furnace could be installed 2 days later. During install made the process quick and was neatly done.
