Had a number of issues with this installation. No permit applied for until 6 weeks after installation. Poor installation of additional duct work. Work had to be redone. No follow up or follow through with repair or damaged drywall. Had to repair the whole in wall.

Couldn't be more pleased with the entire experience. Set up the appointment online and received a confirmation call within an hour. Just two business days later (non\-emergency), Tony arrived for the furnace inspection and provided a clear, patient articulation of the problems found and was empathetic, not pushy, in recommending solutions. This was followed by an immediate visit by the estimating tech, Tom, who further explained the inherent flaws in our old system, and how the new system would provide significantly more comfort and value. The install was set up for the very next day, on which the crack team of techs arrived on time and performed the install diligently, thoroughly and respectfully. They even spent another 20 minutes fully answering additional questions we had. Finally, they handled all of the paperwork including rebate forms, providing the documentation and walking me through what they would address on their end (90%) and what I needed to do as a homeowner (10%). A seamless, gratifying finish to what every homeowner starts out dreading.

Fantastic service and incredibly kind

We originally went with another company, but they were two hours late when our furnace went out, I called MSP and they sent a personality immediately and got my furnace in same day!

I needed heating and cooling in a finished attic that was just on baseboard and window units. My knee walls are low and wall space was at a premium so I hated the idea of a ductless unit. They then told me about a ducted unit and it worked perfect for what we needed and looks so much better than a ductless head would have. Nobody else who we got quotes from would even consider doing ducted or they quoted something outrageous. The install was clean, efficient, and you could tell they cared about getting it right. I got a unit that was rated down to \-4 and it still kept things really warm (68\-70) even when temps briefly dipped below that. Rebate and permitting processes were made super easy and I even got some killer financing. Couldn't be happier.

I'm extremely happy with MSP, they had a lot of experience with cold\-weather heat pumps and were able to create an installation that works well for our house. Getting off fossil fuels is important to us, as is the greater efficiency of the new system. MSP was happy to come back a few days after installation to make some adjustments on fan speeds etc., and I get the sense that they'll provide good service down the road.

I really enjoyed working with MSP. Communication throughout was outstanding with prompt follow up to questions. They also smoothly managed complicating factors with. The installation.

The team was really great. Josh explained everything he doing. And went over the details of how to operate the system. The first condenser unit they brought had oil in the bottom. They explained it to me as part of the manufacturing process because of COVID ... At any rate, I wanted them to give me a new unit, they did it in a couple of days, and completed the whole install. This was a big project. They did a nice job.

They were able to make a service call within a few hours on a Saturday night. We learned the the ac unit was over 30 years old and agreed it was not worth fixing. They came out the next day with two proposals. We immediately chose one and they were able to install early Tuesday morning. It went very well and so far everything is working as it should.

We have never been disappointed with any aspect of MSPs work. Always there when needed. Workers from the office people to the plumbers themselves are top notch. Thank you MSP

Very professional installation

We needed a new furnace and AC unit right away \- our old one was condemned and it was mid\-December. The salesperson came to the house and helped us select new units, then rushed the install because the house was freezing. This part was great. The install seemed to go smoothly, but that night, water started to seep out from under the new unit and flooded the basement. No one could come to check on it until the next day. Turns out, someone forgot to pull a small plastic tab from a water pump. Then, a week later, the AC until began to run, without being turned on, so the furnace and AC were running at the same time. Turns out, the wiring for the AC until was installed incorrectly. The problem was fixed that afternoon. The new units are great. It just took three different visits, from three different repair people, and a flooded basement, to get things running smoothly.

I've used MSP for several yrs. I trusted there judgement on a new furnace.

They were polite and worked quick. They were also quick to respond to a slight issue after the initial installation.

I had a new Carrier furnace \& a/c installed in less than 8 hours after I signed the purchase order! I was very impressed with the installation, especially when I expected it could have taken weeks to get scheduled!

I met with 3 different possible contractors to replace my central air and furnace. I decided on a Thursday eve to go with MSP and the work was completed on Monday. THAT was awesome, especially now, with everything being so hard to get and so many delays. The work was thorough, professional and left me feeling sooooo much cooler and w total peace of mind that this system is something I will not have to worry about for another decade or two??

MSP was able to meet my wish to upgrade previous system to a sealed combustion unit.

From start to finish; a fantastic experience and a job well done. We would recommend Carrier products along with our installation team from Minneapolis/ St. Paul Plumbing, Heating, and Air\-Conditioning to anyone in need of great service and quality products.

My comments are based on the Installation Team. Installation was incredibly disappointing. I selected MSP based on their reputation. I was happy with the Sales person and very happy with Chris, the Service professional, who had to fix installation issues. I also had to have the furnace cleaned after the Installation Team failed to replace or empty the cap on the duct work. Communication was very poor with the Installers.

MSP Heating \& Plumbing was great throughout the experience... from providing an estimate that was better than other companies, to pointing out certain local city\-specific codes that would impact the job install and inspection, to taking care of the paperwork for qualified rebates, MSP does it all!

These people are total pros. I had inspection of heater from another outfit who tried their best to scare us with the threat of carbon monoxide poisonings, explosions, fire and "red tags" if we didn't buy immediately. No such BS from MSP the next day. Just competent facts and a fair price. The entire furnace was replaced in 4 hours without fuss or muss.

The whole experience was overall very positive. From sales to installation. The only fault I can say is the replacement wall mounted interface and mobile application is terrible. I never would have given up my nest had I known.

Dealing with this company was wonderful!! They were very professional and easy to work with. They took all the stress out of replacing my AC and furnace.

MSP referred by my daughter. Timely response to my inquiry and prompt installation of furnace, air conditioning system, and water heater. Everything clearly explained.

So when people say get a few quotes and ask questions, take the time but make sure MSP plumbing and heating is one of them. They asked the right questions, took the time to go over more than just " buy this heater and ac ", and most of all they were half the price of all the other quotes I got. They did a great job and got it done in one day.

I have only good things to say about MSP and its installation of my new Carrier furnace. The price was excellent, the sales technician was both knowledgeable and personable (and not at all heavy\-handed in trying to make the sale), and the installers were very good with the project and answering questions that I had. The MSP office staff was also excellent in making sure that the furnace was registered with Carrier, following through on all necessary permits, and submitting the paperwork for qualifying energy rebates. I am one very pleased customer and would highly recommend MSP to anyone looking for a new furnace and/or air conditioner.
