The staff was prompt and on time. I was working from home while they installed a split air unit. Perhaps they did not realize, but I could hear all of their conversations while working, to include their belching (they were outside, I was inside). They might want to be more mindful of their conversations while they work, and certainly their manners. Other than that, they did a good job.

Tim and his installation team were responsive and quick on getting a new furnace into my home when it broke down in the middle of winter.

Our furnace went out and Chappell Central came out same day to get it running again. After it was running, our old furnace was giving off a bad smell. After further investigation, the tech said it wasn't safe to run our old furnace. Chappell Central gave us estimates to fix our existing furnace or install a new one. We opted for the new furnace, and so far it is working great! The crew showed up on time, did great work, and cleaned up after themselves.

I have been with them many years and only once was I unhappy.

Installers very efficient, didn't even take a lunch break,respectful of home. Finished in one day rather than two as we were without heat for 5 days temp single digits.

Both Fran S \& Brad S. were friendly and knowledgable of the installation process.They didn't mind that I kept and eye on them as I'm kind of a handyman myself and enjoyed watching the process of the installation. They answered all my questions and were very easy to get talk to. When they were completed you didn't even know they had been here except that I had a new furnace.

We had Chappell Central install our first furnace 20 years ago. They have always been timely in their service work and the technicians knew what they were doing. Our furnace went out one night and we had the technician come and take a look at it. We decided to go with a new furnace and it was installed that afternoon. Good team to work with.

brad and maury diligently worked for a full 12 hours so i could get some heat in my house at the worst time of the year. they were proficient, courteous, very knowledgable and indefatigable. the job was difficult by any standard \-\- in a low crawlspace, where not only did they have to install a new furnace but they had to remove the old one, too. by the time they left, the house was warm, the crawlspace was completely cleaned up and both of them kept their optimism and good attitudes, as they'd done all day. tops!!

Furnace went out during an extremely cold stretch. Chappell responded quickly, professionally, and compassionately to our situation. Given the compromised health of my wife, they made sure we were warm. I recommend them highly.
