We have had Steve McHale service our heating and cooling system for several years. He has been reliable, knowledgable, and courteous. Steve just installed a new Carrier furnace after diagnosing our old unit registering high CO levels. He explained the problem, suggested solutions, and answered all our questions. In addition, he processed our new furnace registration with Carrier and our rebates. He even called us the day after the furnace was ibstalled to ensure that all was working as it should. We very highly recommend him to solve your heating and cooling problems!
