Apollo answered my call promptly and diagnosed the problem with the old unit. A new unit was installed the next day. Could one ask for more?

During a tune\-up it was discovered my furnace had enough issues that the best thing to do was replace it. The next day the Apollo team was here, replaced the furnace, and did a great job cleaning everything up.

A very professional and courteous team to work with. The work area in my opinion was a very tight and difficult one. The team worked very diligently and long hours to complete this process. Not a discouraging word was heard. I had a few questions throughout the installation and they were answered to total satisfaction . Well done Apollo team!!

I knew I needed a new central air condition. I scheduled an appointment to have someone come out and give me an estimate. I was explained what he could and was given choices. I choose to replace and to my surprise.. they were able to do it that day. That was wonderful because I didn't need to take another day off for instillation My new unit cools wonderfully and much more quite than my old one.

Install was completed under 4 hours

unit is very noisy. Service visit was unable to repair. Another visit is scheduled to address this.

A few minor surprises but I have "learned to live with it". I can see, now, how I can work with the ductwork install. The system works great!

We were sold a high cost infinity unit. After it was installed we noticed the model number of the unit installed did not match the unit we purchased. When we first contacted Apollo, they insisted it was a similar unit with a new model number. After contacting Carrier directly, we found out this was not true. Only at that time did they admit it was a much cheaper unit than what had been sold to us and offer to refund the over $1000 difference!
