The installers were great. Good communication. They wouldn't even let me help with anything when I offered. No, you sit back and relax and we will get it done. There was an initial problem with the thermostat which took 3 tries for them to get it fixed.

I had one question about the air conditioner and they came out and solved the problem. Excellent service, knowledgeable, professional, friendly, respectful of my home - always cleaned up after themselves.

The install went as planned and they completed the work in the timeframe they projected.

The Staff we encountered were always professional and friendly. The office Staff were efficient, the sales person was informative and very personable. The installation men were very friendly, efficient, and cleaned up the area well. There were a few minor issues with the install, so we stopped by to let them know. By the end of the day, the Office Supervisor, himself, was at our home with the "fix" and apologized for the inconvenience and errors that occurred. We were very pleased with the entire experience and appreciated the professionalism of everyone involved. The Home Office even offered to find any rebates that were available.

Although the installation team in the Twin Cities may have expertise in installing my unit the team in my rural area did not. What should have been a one day install took multiple trips. System was scheduled to be completed on a Monday and took until Friday to get furnace operational. Humidifier still not hooked up and operational but could no longer wait for this to be completed due to other commitments since this is a second home. When the install team tells you that you will have to use standby heat (which meant me feeding fireplace for four days) it is not a good feeling). Thankfully it was not bitter cold so this did suffice. Aquarius did finally send a team from the Twin Cities to complete furnace install and they had the technical expertise and could have completed the install but they did not have the parts to complete the humidifier installation since the original team did not order or supply the final parts. The team from the twin Cities was told they would only need a couple hours to complete the remaining work, they were at my home for more that 8 hours. Carrier needs to ensure the local agents are capable and competent to install their HVAC system my local team was not. I would only use this dealer if they were sending a team that has previously installed this system. The last team had the expertise and competence to install this system unfortunately Aquarius sent an original team with no experience installing my system.

Install went very well, smooth fast and clean. Very friendly ,we will see if it holds true for the life/quality only time will tell. Fast response and communication as well as amazing support.

Our furnace went out, so I stopped by their office to see about having someone out to look at it. They dispatched someone later that afternoon. After reviewing/diagnosing issues (including using a camera scope) with the existing furnace they presented options for repairing or replacing. Given its age and multiple potential points of failure in the next few years, we decided to replace. We scheduled an appointment with their sales rep (the call them Comfort Specialists) the next afternoon to discuss replacement options. We signed around 4pm and they had an install crew out at 8am the next morning. John, Jeff and Andre could not have been more informative, polite and helpful. They worked together for about 4 hours to get the new unit installed and operational. It's working great now\-\-very happy. I will say one other thing I appreciated throughout the diagnostic, sales and install process is that they erred on the side of over communicating\-\-I was always updated through texts and calls as to when people would be arriving. In addition, crews were punctual and respectful of the house, putting coverings on their shoes, cleaning up and putting items back in place that they needed to move. A great experience overall.

Job was done well. I look forward to reliable heating next winter.

Courteous, knowledgeable and efficient.

The fix existing estimate was so high, that going new was really my only option, which in the end was probably the better decision.

Old furnace quit working. Aquarius technician came same day was called. Technician explained test results: Carbon Monoxide in combustion exhaust confirmed furnace needed replacing. Sales person came same day. Sales person included Carrier Instant Rebate for qualifying upgrades to 59MN7 model. Sales walked through various options with no pressure. Opted for 98% Infinity modulating furnace. The Infinity thermostat is easy to operate and program, has color display. Sales person gave choice of replacing AC at same time, as AC was same age as furnace. Not pressured into replacing AC, went ahead with AC replacement. Next day two technicians came and performed complete replacement of furnace and AC in just 7 hours. Good installation. New Infinity furnace keeps house at more even temperature and is quiet. Aquarius will come in spring to adjust AC.

On time, cleaned up after installation, took time to explain what they were doing. I would highly recommend them.

The initial sales visit was a great experience; our questions were answered, the salesperson was friendly and talkative, and we received a competitive bid with more features than we expected. Three installers came on time and efficiently removed the old equipment and brought in the new parts while keeping our floors covered and clean. They were obviously very experienced and we were very happy with the install. They took the time to explain everything, including the thermostat setup and connection to our wi\-fi and mobile phone. New furnace, a/c and thermostat were running and they were completely finished by 2:00 pm. Aquarius also registered our equipment with Carrier and sent in rebate requests to the energy companies.

Professional and Efficient Installation Crew

David went above and beyond when installing my new HVAC. He answered every question I had and then some! He even gave me some useful tips and tricks about how to take care of my new HVAC and furnace so that I can extend their life.

They are very friendly and answered all our questions. Beside doing a good job with the install.

The installation included a new Nest thermostat in a rental unit. They installed the unit and guided the renter through the set up.

The Aquarius repair technician was very helpful and friendly as was the salesman that sold us a new furnace and AC. He was not pushy in the least to make the sale. The installers were great and even came back to answer some questions. All of the work was very professionally done.

I was very pleased with the service I received with Aquarius. Every representative who came into my home from diagnosis, to purchasing a system, to having it installed, was professional, respectful of my home, and attentive to my questions and concerns. They all made a difficult situation go much more smoothly.

These guys were awesome. They had a repair guy there in about an hour. Turned out I needed a new furnace. Mine was old. They had guys there to replace the furnace by 9 am the next day. They also provided me with many space heaters that kept my home at 70 degrees all night long. They guys did a great job. One of the gals in the office got me set up with my warranty and even a rebate. This company is awesome. You wont be disappointed.

Aquarius Home Services came out to inspect the furnace and install a smart thermometer. They found that the furnace was very rusty and told us they had to turn it off as it was a safety hazard. They were able to get a salesman to our house right away and they were able to schedule the installation the next morning in northern Minnesota with temperatures in the single digits. They provided us with enough space heaters to keep the house warm overnight and they efficiently installed the new furnace the next morning. The smart thermometer wasn't working quite right and the lead technician returned within an hour to resolve the problem.

Aquarius had one service member come out and inspect the issue we were having with our old A/C unit. He was professional and provided us with good information about the repair that he would be able to do now and represented to us that the cost of the repair would be taken off of the price of a replacement unit/install if we were to go that route. The sales guy who came next to look at our layout then did not honor this representation. The sales guy looked at the wiring that we have and thought that we would be able to use the thermostat that was included in the package he sold us. The installers came and let us know that no, the thermostat would not be able to work because two of the five wires that would be required for the new thermostat were going to our air exchanger. The sales guy had not seen that there were already five wires and so proposed that we may need to run a new line of wire. Overall the service folks were good and appear to have done good work. The disparate folks involved and the lack of clear communication between the three sets of people was a hassel.

We purchased our water system in 2017 and have had prompt and congenial response and service since that time.

Technicians were knowledgeable and very courteous. Work done on time.

Overall, great experience. Our 18.5 year old furnace needing replacing in Feb, had a new one installed within 28 hours of initial call! A crew member brought over space heaters, everyone was very professional and knowledgeable from the staff on the phone, to the initial technician to the installers, to the people handling rebates etc. Would highly recommend!

Sales and information was great, when the actual work was completed there was a lack of attention to detail and too much oversight required. Too many little issues that add up. They ran over a driveway marker, accidently took one of my tools, didn't replace insulation, left a leak in vent, all of which and more I had to try and resolve after they left.

Installers were professional, efficient and resourceful. They did a good job determining the best location for the outlet pipes. The installers were able to switch out my furnace two days after we hired them.

All Aquarius employees were polite, used Covid\-19 safety precautions, and asked if I had questions.

Workers took care to follow social distancing, wore masks, shoe covers, brought their own drop cloth for walking through the house and for placing their tools/equipment needed to perform their jobs. We were highly impressed with their professional work and their clear explanations of the furnace and AC thermostat use. Along with that they left us manuals on "How to Use/Set" the thermostat. Above and beyond these positives, they said that if we had any questions to please feel free to call anytime. That was the icing on the cake! Oh yes, and we LOVE our new furnace already; it is quiet and very efficient. We should be all set for our Minnesota winters :)
