Outstanding service by Peak Heating and Cooling. We had a service call on a 15 year old furnace on 12/10/2020 at which point we decided to have a new Carrier furnace installed on 12/16/2020. On 12/13/2020, Sunday at 11:00 p.m. I contacted Andy at Peak via email and explained that the furnace was totally inoperable due to a mechanical problem and we were without heat. It was 15 degrees that night. Andy called me at 8:05 a.m. Monday morning and scheduled two technicians to come out late the next morning. Josh and Caleb arrived and installed our new Carrier furnace. The entire process was completed without any issues and we now have heat. The entire Peak team deserves accolades for their hard and prompt work.

My ac was super old and I decided to reach out to get a new ac and furnace. Due to Covid they were hard to get so they put me on the schedule a month later. During that time my existing ac broke and they came out to repair it at no cost. Super knowledgeable and did everything to code. The units are super quiet.

Went above and beyond the normal level of service. Provided a temporary thermostat until our new one came in. Very knowledgeable and professional.
