Great job

I hired Lofgren Heating \& Air to install a new A/C and furnace. They walked me through the different options cost wise that they offered and also spent a not insignificant amount of time answering my random questions. It was early spring so they were able to provide me with immediate install dates. The small crew was professional and considerate of my home and animals. They also finished the install in half a day and provided a thorough walkthrough to finish out the install. I highly recommend using Lofgren and am very satisfied with the work so far.

Lofgren did a great job with furnace and heat pump install!

My experience with Lofgren was very positive. When I initially called for service, they were prompt and knowledgeable with what was wrong. They were focused on solving what my problem was, and when I inquired about a new unit they were able to get me a quote quickly. When my furnace ultimately failed and I made the decision to get a new furnace they were able to get me in within a couple of days. They offered to help with space heaters while we waited for the installation team. Neil was very responsive and very helpful through everything. The installation team showed up on time and were done within 3 hours. Overall a great experience.

Sales person explained the rebates available for a heat pump. Other company did not.

From the time I met Neil and explained what I was looking to do with my AC/Heating System it was a smooth process. Neil took the time to walk me through all the different solutions and took time to answer all my questions with a proposed solution. A timely bid was submitted to me later in the day with several questions the next day and a final decision. On Monday morning Joe and AJ came to my house and began the removal of my old unit and installation of my newly purchased system. Joe insured that my floor and walls were protected from damage and proceeded with their work. I was impressed with their work and their professional demeanor. After the installation was complete, they took the time to walk me through the operation of the unit and the thermostat. I just want to say what a professional group Neil, Joe, AJ and Jackie from the office were to work with. Thanks again!

We have used Lofgren for years since 2003 when they installed HVAC units in our home. Just had them replace another central AC unit. they are professional, courteous and always leave the home clean after service.

Quality Product with project completed on time, City Inspectors has asked for additional support bracket for AC unit platform I am confident Loftgren will take care of it.

The team from Lofgren did a great job presenting options and then scheduling the install. They were efficient and were great at communicating slight delays in getting final components due to supply chain issues. Chad, one of their installers, did a great job setting things up and showing us the best options for optimizing our settings. We would highly recommend them for any repair or new installations.

Chad was simply excellent. Much more than an installer, he solved problems and identified opportunities to address other limitations of the previous installation work. Cabling was tightly bundled and soldering was clean.

Lofgren has serviced our HVAC for 15 years. The service tech(s) are knowledgeable and honest. The tecs are not the sales guys, so they are not motivated to replace your existing equipment. We were able to get a few more years out of both our furnace and AC unit because of their expertise and honesty. When it was time to replace, they presented good options and good pricing. They did not "take advantage" of us financially just because it was the dead of winter and we had a broken furnace.
