So very often dealing with service contractors can be at best difficult at worst a nightmare. My experience with Five Star for this installation and other service visits has always been exemplary. I've read good reviews about the dealer, which is only a short distance from my house. Now I now why. My home AC broke down on Wednesday last week. They sent a technician out Thursday. It wasn't able to be fixed. By Friday afternoon we had a new unit working!

Our AC unit of 28 years finally called it quits. And of course it's the hottest time of the summer. 5 star came right out 24 hours later and gave us our options to replace. They had us installed in less then a week. I know they were super busy but they made us feel like a priority and great guys all around from the guy who gave us the estimate, the receptionist, and the guy to install all professional and very kind. Thank you for getting us cooled down so fast!!
