So very often dealing with service contractors can be at best difficult at worst a nightmare. My experience with Five Star for this installation and other service visits has always been exemplary. Our AC unit of 28 years finally called it quits. And of course it's the hottest time of the summer. 5 star came right out 24 hours later and gave us our options to replace. They had us installed in less then a week. I know they were super busy but they made us feel like a priority and great guys all around from the guy who gave us the estimate, the receptionist, and the guy to install all professional and very kind. Thank you for getting us cooled down so fast!!
