Took a while to figure out why the unit was tripping on high head pressure, they had not set up the Carrier Propane Furnace Fan properly to provide the required CFM for the Unit. Funny, the Old Heat Pump was also a Carrier of the same tonnage. Took a month to complete the install and get unit working properly. Granted I was away from home for two weeks, but the appointment set up for the day after I returned was pushed out to the following week. A\-Coil Equipment provided by Carrier was also damaged upon receipt.

Sheren Plumbing, Heating and Cooling were exceptional. They informed us of our options of replacing both the furnace and A/C or just the furnace. They scheduled the work in a timely manner and completed the job as promised. It was a seamless installation. A short while later we opted to replace the two hot water tanks and of course choose Sheren to do that job also. We would highly recommend them.
