Devin arrived at 7:55AM and started right away. Took out the Old 36\-year\-old Carrier and installed the New One. He did an Outstanding Job, finished enough to start the New Carrier at 3:00PM. So, the heat was back on. Works Great!!! Cleaned up and was on his way. Explained everything and was Very Nice and Neat!!! Have had Ehlers help many times and Always a Fine Job!!!! excellent company to install my furnace, air conditioner. The technicians came on time the company sent text messages as to when and who the technicians would be. Also sent a photo of the technicians. Technicians were polite, left the area clean \& neat. I have had previous work done by them.

From start to finish we were very pleased with our experience with Ehlers. We first called them to replace a hot water heater after another company failed to diagnose the issue with the old heater. When the adjustments that were made by the first company during the furnace inspection created an issue with the furnace (we knew the furnace was going to need replacing soon before any adjustments were made) we called them again and decided it was time to replace the whole system. They were professional, knowledgeable and gave us several options to choose what was best for our home and budget.

Our furnace/air was 22 years old and we began to have minor problems. We decided to call a few different HVAC companies in the local area of Livonia. We had pricing and variations from Lennox, Bryant and Carrier, they all sent someone to the house. Eric B. from Ehler's was so much more knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Ehler's only uses Carrier which made sense since that was a focus of "expertise" with their technicians and installers, trained specifically by Carrier. We did our due diligence and Eric gave us a great price, handled all the rebate paperwork and set up the install for the specific date we requested. He could not have been more helpful. The installation technicians arrived on time and ready to go Dave seemed to be the lead tech and he was very professional, friendly and was willing to show us different areas of interest with the installation, his partner on day 1 was Matt who was equally as nice and knowledgeable, they answered all questions with confidence and specifics. They had to finish up the 2nd day as we were informed upon sale by Eric B. They were very clean and neat with all their work areas. Day 2 Dave had a different partner but I did not catch his name. We would call Ehler's in a heartbeat for future service/purchases and definitely could feel this is a family type business with satisfied employees who care about what they do and who they do it for. Nice to be able to shop local and get good pricing, quality and service.

We have depended on EHLER'S expertise since 1991 when they installed our first Carrier furnace and AC. They always provide excellent, prompt service and have solved small problems to keep our original Carrier furnace system working. We did not need to replace it until March 2020! I can not thank them enough for their quick response. Even during the stress of this global pandemic, Ehler's completed the installation in a manner that kept us and their employees safe. I have had a Carrier high efficiency heating system for almost 15 years. For my annual maintenance/inspection, I have had various area Carrier dealers to get to know them. All have provided excellent annual maintenance, but Ehlers has become my go\-to for issues that involve repair (in this case an ESD took out the Infinity Control). The office contact people are helpful in understanding the potential costs, timing, and parts availability. My technician (Oscar) is thorough, takes time to explain the issue, and efficiently and competently fixes the problem.

They installed my bathroom ceiling fan and even though that job was not a big one they were great so when my furnace went out I called them right away. They were out within 1.5 hours on a sat. My furnace malfunctioned during the holiday season (around Christmas and New Years) during a bitterly cold stretch of weather. Ehler's worked through the holiday season to provide me and certainly many others service to keep us warm. The customer service representative gave clear explanations and provided many options for a new furnace. The installers were courteous, worked quickly, and left a "trail of clean" behind them. I would certainly recommend their services.

Everyone that I spoke to was efficient, experienced and professional. Had complete replacement of furnace and AC. Carrier is my preferred brand, and Ehlers is very thorough and reasonable.
