Phil Trzos (owner) came out quickly, gave pricing (competitive) for a new furnace, and installed the next day. He also advised an upgrade on air filter, humidifier, and thermostat. He also suggested germ\-killing air cleaner. Went with filter, humidifier and stat. Noticeable improvement on air flow with larger filter and ductwork. Some improvement on fan\-driven humidifier. Miscommunication on which stat I wanted. Unfortunately, I paid extra due to this which I view unfair. Otherwise, I would give them 6 stars instead of 4. Workmanship was superior to my prior 2 furnaces installed by others. I DO recommend them.
