We have used Best several times over the years for several houses we own and have not had any complaints. We are concerned though about the central air unit that was recently installed. I don't think the unit will be able to keep the house cool since it struggles to maintain a constant temperature even when it is only in the mid 80's outside. The upstairs loft is also several degrees warmer. Best says the unit works as it is supposed to but I like my house to be at whatever temperature I set it at and for it to stay at that temperature and not continue to get warmer. We hope there is some solution to the problem because we are not satisfied with the current set up.

I took several bids from various other installers that represented the top five brands. Best Heating \& Cooling were the most knowledgeable, fixed a problem before install that no one else even noticed, didn't push for a larger unnecessary sized A/C unit like two of the other four, provided an immediate written quote and did the install within three weeks. I will use them for all of my future heating and cooling needs.
