Soley Heating and Air Conditioning did a tremendous job for us, from initial estimate to final steps of installation and walk\-through. They listened to our problems, made recommendations as well as providing alternatives should we choose, but never tried to "up sell" us. In fact just the opposite...they said we did not need to immediately replace as opposed to claims of other companies. Installation was clean and timely, and follow\-up has been great.

He explained our options clearly and demonstrated to me that he had the customer's best interest in mind first. While I was not around during the installation, my wife said the team was polite, considerate and well spoken and cleaned up after themselves each night. Would definitely recommend them

Kim is very knowledgeable about the products. The technicians are very polite and their work is amazingly neat \- not a scrap is left behind. In the yard everything looks untouched in the area where they worked.
