Whole experience was nothing but wonderful. Rich was my estimator/lead came to my house on a short notice and did as assesment and told me exactly what I need. He did not try to upsell me anything and even he told me I dont need some of the equipment that I thought I need. Then the technicians came right on time as pomissed the day of the install and they were extreamly prefessional, respectful and very knowladgeable. They did go above and beyond to make sure my installation is perfect. All my future heating/cooling/ plumbing needs I will go with Matheson period.

We were initially impressed by the professionalism of Troy who came to our home and configured the replacement systems. Unlike other sales reps that merely priced out replacement equipment, he first gathered background information as to our issues with the existing equipment, and what our needs were for the new systems. He then put together systems that would optimize comfort and efficiency and stay within our budget. Furthermore, he didn't attempt to upsell equipment that would add excessive cost and not significantly improve satisfaction. The installers were also very effective. They arrived on time, finished the job on time, and were careful to keep the floors in our finished basement clean. They also took the time to demonstrate how to operate the thermostats and change the air and humidifier medias. We were extremely pleased with our experience and would not hesitate to recommend Matheson for any heating and cooling needs.

Our furnace broke pre\-winter. Called 5 different companies including Matheson. Every single one besides Matheson overcharged by a significant amount on a new furnace. Matheson came in on the best price and a 2 day turnaround to install a brand new furnace. Install was fast, no problems. Highly recommend before you go with other companies.

Quick, smooth and clean installation by two nice guys

Our AC went out on the 4th of July, they called back that night to help us. They came out quickly and solved the problem. The workers were very friendly, they even brought in our garbage cans for us!

Carrier Infinity 19VS is sold by Carrier web site as ultra quiet, which the fan is at all times and in total is in stages 1 or 2 are, but as installed in stages 3\-5 compressor buzz noise is terrible. Dealer showed excellent interest and concern and got it better with additional parts at no extra charge, but still not what Carrier implies in its product summary. Design needs better compressor isolation built in in the factory or stop using the words "ultra\-quiet".

They redesigned the system to have a larger cold air return in the basement, and the home is more evenly cooled now top to bottom.

Installed furnace the next day after accepting proposal. Installation went fine. Gave us multiple proposals based on different efficiencies. Explained options well. Went so far as to measure HVAC air flows during quote and showed us a couple problems that were then improved.

The installation team was on time polite and efficient.

Seemed to be in a race to install my system. They had to return several times to correctly to fix issues. Troy however has been very professional and listened to my concerns and fixed the issues with my satisfaction. I do not give high marks to the installers as they did not meet my satisfaction. i would recommend you watch them install the system from start to finish

I contacted Troy after a positive sales and install experience 2 years ago to quote and install a furnace for my mother. Troy made the process so incredibly seamless by only offering what she needed, which at her age and budget was very much appreciated. He is always friendly and responsive and took care of us right away. The crew that did the install was respectful, friendly and very clean. The install area looked as good or better than when they started. To the best of my knowledge, they did a great job. This is our 2nd experience with Troy and Matheson Heating and Cooling. My furnace was worn out at the beginning of the heating season. Mathesons recommended a properly sized furnace for my home. I called to authorize the replacement on Thursday morning and on Monday morning my house was warm and cozy. I would recommend Mathesons to anyone in my area who is in the market for a furnace or central air, which they also installed about 3 years ago.

I appreciate all the information that was given with the quote about our current situation and their products and our options. Their write\-up was clear and fair in price compared to the competition. Workers were friendly and efficient. My only complaint is that they left a lot to be cleaned up and most of all there were gashes in the wooden door frames where they brought large items in and out of the home. They should have taken the doors off the frames if they needed more clearance. There are marks all over the walls too in the stairwells. I am disabled so this will not be remedied so easily. Otherwise I would recommend this company in terms of the products, fairness of pricing and they got in to replace our AC FAST! That is huge! Thx guys.

Had a friend install a new A/C unit 2 years ago, Never worked correctly. Decided to update the furnace due to age, and Matheson installed the new unit, \& corrected the A/C issue. Working perfectly.

After 27 years I decided to replace my original home HVAC system. I had several quotes for a furnace and A/C replacement, and one HVAC system replacement. I settled on Matheson Heating and A/C, since they were the only ones who wanted to discuss my total system. They pointed some deficiencies in my current ducting and thermostat system and made the necessary modifications. Up to this point, we've been very satisfied with system performance of the A/C and a brief few days of furnace usage. Would definitely recommend Matheson!

But Matheson did a great job coming out and explaining the situation and then worked with us to get a great new furnace/air conditioner. Matheson was professional, and came in with a good price. They were upfront on the cost of fixing a 16yr old furnace versus replacing it. We decided on replacement. The work and attention to detail was refreshing and much appreciated. They rerouted some poorly thought out ductwork in and around the furnace from the original builder. They sized the intake properly as what was originally there was choking the old furnace. They did an exceptional job. The crew was polite and professional. We had several part problems with our 19 year old Carrier furnace which would have cost almost as much as a new furnace. After some discussion, we opted to have Matheson Heating and Cooling replace our system. They were easy to deal with and very competitively priced. They have now done Heating/Colling systems for me at 2 homes and I have always received excellent advice and a fair price. When my houses are inspected I also receive inspector compliments on the quality of the work. I could not ask for more.

Excellent interaction, ability, knowledge and clean up

The team was excellent overall: Followed COVID guidelines, was respectful to me and my property, explained many things and didn't make me feel stupid, worked very diligently, appeared to have required expertise and experience, and cleaned up after themselves. Most important, of course, is that the furnace is working to expectations!

This fixed our heating problem by having it zoned best investment made to this house. So comfortable my electric bill was cut 75% by not cooling the whole house to go to bed. Just cool the bed rooms .
