Fullmer and Sons installed a new furnace for me about three weeks ago, that experience was great \- one time and professional. Today my hot water heater broke down and started leaking water everywhere. When I called Fullmer, I got an, "oh we are slammed and can't possible help you for a few weeks". What? A few weeks? This is sort of an emergency \- I would have hoped, and thought, that they would provide better service to a current client.

Fulmer does it all: conventional HVAC, Mini\-split/Heat Pump, wood and pellet stoves, etc. Greg knows his products, stays on top of communication (even when on vacation). Great pricing, easy online communication, contract review and payment options. Installation team was ontime (actually got there early), went right to work and did an excellent job. Explained everything, and answered all questions before leaving. Excellent company to work work tih.

Due to the extreme cold our furnace had issues and house dropped to 51 degrees. We googled the HVAC providers in our area and saw high ratings for Fullmer and Sons. I called after hours and got a call back within 5 minutes and a visit later that day. After inspecting our furnace, it was determined by that due to age of old furnace and issues that a new furnace was needed and ordered. The installation was done on time and personnel friendly, local and professional! I would recommend Fullmer to anyone!
