I received excellent service.

The service techs are very pleasant to work with. They are polite and trustworthy. Mr. Distefano, however, was absolutely awful to me. He refused to even speak to me on the phone when I had an issue I wanted to discuss with him. That is no way to treat a customer of over 10 years.

The team at Olympic Aire Services were true professionals. The general Manager Rick Distefano took the time to review our needs and recommended a system that would suit our lifestyle, fit our budget and be energy efficient. Technicians James S and Mike S provided superior installation of our oil heat furnace and heat pump in addition to a new Honeywell thermostat. They did an awesome job of explaining how the system worked and walked us through programming the thermostat. They left the work area cleaner that what it was before the installation and the work was completed in the time frame we were given. Excellent service. Highly Recommend.

Would like a maintenance plan with Olympic Air.

From the repair tech to the replacement tech, I have been very pleased with dealing with Olympic Aire Services.. They are Carrier certified which is a plus. They are very patient and answered every question I had and never let me feel like i was wasting their time. Even spoke to the owner and he was very helpful. Integrity was a big plus and even when I got the new system they let me know what would work best and it wasn't the more expensive model they had to offer. In fact, when I wanted to go more expensive they pointed out some reasons why I shouldn't so money was not their first priority. I would gladly recommend them. You won't be disappointed

My old system failed (died) and the outside temp was headed to 95+ degrees. Co\-workers recommended Olympic Aire to us and, even during the days when they were over worked, they came out the next day, assessed the situation and let us know that our 20 year old system was done. We worked together to identify our needs and select a new system that was affordable for us. The next day they provided portable AC units to help in the house while they ordered the system. On the scheduled day for installation, they showed up and completed EVERYTHING (including a walk\-through of the new system), and left the house and yard as clean as when they arrived. A super team of people from the front office to the technicians to the owner. Highly recommended company!
