They arrived at my house around 7:55am and they hit the ground running and were finished by 3. My new unit looks beautiful and shiny and runs very quiet and efficient. We have been a McCrea customer in our current home since 1991. Again, we were totally satisfied with our service in every way. We needed a new heat pump. Our original service tech (John P.) is now our salesman. To me, that means he knows what he's talking about and selling and can be trusted. He is very detailed and makes sure his installers know exactly what he and his customer want done. Our new Carrier Infinity 2 stage heat pump was perfectly installed (by Mike and John) along with a new furnace and coil in one day. They were all professionally supported by Linda in their offices with the scheduling of inspections, billing, and more. Thank you "McCrea Team" again!

The new system with the GreenSpeed unit is really comfortable, and the Infinity Touch Control thermostat is a really nice improvement. I was not sure if the GreenSpeed unit or the Infinity Touch Control thermostat were worth the extra money, but after the first week, it kind of feels like it was worth it. I replaced an aging Carrier system and the improvements make it feel like it was all worth it.

I had an existing Carrier product and it served me well for over twenty years. So when it was time to replace both the heating and air conditioning, I wanted to go with an installer that had both years of experience with Carrier and was a long time presence in the community. McCrea Heating and Air Conditioning was very professional from beginning to end. Mr. Prince came to my home to do the estimate and answered every question and concern I had about what type and size unit was appropriate for my home. At some point during our conversation, I mentioned that I would be having a medical procedure and would be home for a while. Knowing that I did not have a working air conditioning unit, Mr. Prince was able to coordinate my installation prior to my stay at home. Everything went as explained. The units were installed and the existing equipment was removed in one day (The technicians were polite and professional). At the end, there was an overview of how to set and forget the required temperature. McCrae coordinated all the inspections in a timely manner and even submitted the rebate application. I highly recommend McCrae Heating and Air Conditioning and thank them for their concern and compassion for my situation and restoring my faith in local businesses.
