Tight quarters in stairwell from top floor to rooftop, large/wide old replaced unit was to be broken down in smaller parts to carry down and remove. There was damage to the stairwell; did not observe the teardown or carry down so don't know if it was adequate or not possible to tear down enough to avoid damage. That was the only negative of the 2\-day replacement experience. Overall, very pleased and positive with the experience.

I recently purchased a townhome and noticed that the existing HVAC system was not able to deliver a consistent temperature throughout the space, with the upper floors being stuffy and uncomfortable. Luckily my contractor, WES Build construction, recommended that we work with B.M.C./Clower to see what could be done. Not only did they fix the air flow issues in the house, they were also able to relocate ductwork so now we have no bulkheads anywhere, which greatly improved not only the feel, but the look of the home. I would recommend B.M.C./Crower to anyone.

From the time John, the owner, came as one of the providers of the HVAC system installation to the completion of the installation itself, the process was a really smooth one. There were complications regarding the space for installation and the technical lead found the solution that would best work. I trust their professional knowledge and experience.

John Clower, himself, came out to my house to assess my situation and he gave me 2 estimates (price differences) for replacement units for my heat pump. He was professional, up front, and helpful. I received a nice rebate for my units that were all taken care of by BMC/Clower (i.e., the registrations). On the day of my installation, the 2 men that installed the units were on time and worked consistently for about 6 hours (with a brief lunch in\-between). They were very professional and made sure they kept my house clean while they worked. I was very pleased with the installation process. Before they left, they gave me an overall view of how to further program my new thermostat. I would highly recommend BMC/Clower.

The company was quick in responding to past problems with the drainage of our 18 year old central air conditioning unit. When we decided to replace it, they were quick to install the replacement, including a better air filter.

The installation team was very professional and considerate. They even cleaned up a mess that was not theirs!

Both John Clower and his office staff were readily available for questions and requests. John was patient and understanding with some of the special conditions under which we needed to operate (the condensers had to be placed on a newly constructed platform above a window well at the back of the house; we had identified a contractor to do that work, so there was a gap between removal of the old system and installation of the new one..) We were especially impressed with Brian, who came to work on both phases of the project. All in all, a very positive experience, as we try to come back to normal after 14 months of lock\-down.
