We had Ben and his team install two of the green speed carrier HVACs hybrid units and one green speed heat pump. The team was extremely professional, courteous, and conscientious during the install. They arrived on time and cleaned up when they were done. We had several units installed in homes in four different states, this was the best install we had. The units we were sold are highly efficient and extremely quiet. We are already saving on our electric bills.

We have been using Coastal Comfort for 7\-8 years and always had a good experience. This was our second new install in the past 3\-5 years. Upstairs and downstairs units replaced.

Overall I was very happy with my service. The price was fair and competitive. The day of the install they were able to send extra people to insure the completion. The only thing I saw That could have been better was a ceiling vent should have been installed the opposite way. It was a 2 minute fix for me. I will use this service again and I recommend them as well.

We have been using Coastal Comfort for several years to service our aging HVAC units, and the quality of their service and regional reputation were the reasons we recently purchased a new Carrier upstairs unit, and plan to also use them for our downstairs, when needed.

Added a mini\-split Heat Pump to the garage. Works great, as expected and during the recent 95 degree days with triple digit heat index, the unit kept the garage comfortable without straining. Perfect solution for an awkward space. Note that the garage is insulated as well as the garage door.
