Install expertise and initial evaluation were outstanding. Serviced existing unit to solve a problem prior to new equipment install. Therefore "Service" is rated high for future expectations/

Technician did a good job!

I had be delaying replacing our 35 year old furnace and it starting acting up. H\&C had it replaced in two workdays after we signed the contact. We went with the high eff unit. They had everything done in one day.

I needed a new a/c but wanted to keep Carrier. Other HVACs tried to steer me away b/c the coil was not in stock. I didn't mind waiting and H\&C was the only ones to follow up with me, and did do quickly when the part arrived. They worked fast and efficiently. I am so pleased with my "updated" Carrier.

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE GREAT TECHS AND INSTALLERS

Always solve any problems I have had. Terrific staff and technicians.

Reasonable price, did what they said they would do (and a little more), finished on time. Highly recommend.

Jennifer and Mark are excellent to work with and Chris and Matt are obviously expert installers and nice guys to boot.

Exceptional service. Three Technicians who were quite thorough.

H \& C did a beautiful job installing this system. They were polite, respectful of me and my home, efficient, professional, and qualified. I use them for all my heating and cooling needs, and have never been disappointed since I began doing this. I plan to continue with them going forward.

Needed new a/c system came out within 4 days during a heat wave !! Thx u

On time, efficient, and very thoughtful.

Quick and onetime replacement of humidifier. Haven't had time to evaluate how well the product works yet.

Great service, incredible responsiveness and support. Highly recommended.

H\&C arranged to have a new AC unit installed only days after I called them. I called only a day prior to the Labor Day weekend, but they were able to do the installation the following Tuesday.

Good job!

They were very knowledgeable and thorough when installing new unit.

They were on time and quick. The contractors took the time to explain everything to me and they told me about issues as they arose. I 100% trust the quality and service I received from them.

Dave has been servicing my HVAC equipment for years. I have complete confidence in him and in H\&C's service and fairness.

Purchased house in October 2015. Existing heat pump stopped working.
