have used the same dealer for installs and service for 32 years. have done the recommended services each year. the previous carrier unit has worked for 23 years. my wife who has extremely good hearing claimed she heard a new noise in the compressor section. I didn't hear it but the service tech did. so we replaced the whole system.

We have used Burch Oil Company for 18 years, and are very pleased with their customer service, prices, and products. They installed our boiler furnace and central air conditioning, including all duct work, 18 years ago, and we've been very pleased with all of it. One of our AC units developed a leak recently, and we decided it was a good time to go with a new AC unit that doesn't use the old refrigerant. They showed us our options for a new unit, and once we decided on one, they had it ordered and installed very quickly. Their service technicians and installers are polite and professional, and I am very comfortable having them in my home. I highly recommend Burch Oil Co for installation and maintenance of HVAC systems.
