I gave it a four-star, because of damage to my property during installation. 1. On August 19, my picket fence was broken near stairs by garage. I hope to get some refund for this. 2. On August 10, the ceiling in second floor study had water stains and some plaster fell. It was located right below the old air handler in attic. The technicians were in my attic three times this summer and could have noticed the water leak. Overall, the technicians were professional and kept the house clean. James answered many questions, although we are still working on thermostat issues. I will never use the heat pump because I have steam heat in my radiators from a new combi-boiler installed in 2023. I have to learn how to shut off the heat pump using the thermostat.

The Team from Maryland Heating and Air, LLC were very knowledgeable, informative and attentive to any concerns or questions I had. They were focused on their work at my location and solved the minor installation that happens with an older home. I have not had any issues or difficulty with the system since the instal one year ago. Tony and his team took pride in the completed system and worked together well. These traits are hard to find but is very important to the consumer. Job Well Done!
