Everyone at HGH deserves a rating of 10. Office very courteous, timely follow up. Engineering staff worked as a team for 9 hours, non\-stop. Explained every pertinent aspect of machines. Left my house cleaner than what they had encountered. Provided verbal and written instructions and contact information for the future.

Our AC stopped working during the hottest week this summer and HGH came out very quickly to give us a quote on a new system. When they realized it would take longer than anticipated (I'm 9m pregnant at the time) to get all of the parts for install, they took care of us and made sure to do whatever necessary to get us air conditioning as soon as possible, even if it meant costing them money. Everyone was so nice, professional, and honest.

They were extremely professional, neat, and knowledgeable. They replaced our air conditioner in 4 hours. It was a pleasure dealing with them.

So far, everything has been excellent in dealing with HGH. Representatives have shown up when they said they would. The installation was done efficiently. The installers were very nice and respectful. The office staff has been prompt with follow\- up. Over\-all, I am very satisfied with my decision to purchase the furnace, air\-conditioner and humidifier from HGH Mechanical.

4 techs came out and installed both outside and induce units. Professional job very detailed oriented and cleaned up after. Will call again for any other needs. Sales Rep Dan was great and solved some issues.

WE live in Maryland and I had an A/C unit installed. Due to the time of the year we have not been able to successfully experience your product. I filled in above Attributes however I cannot really elaborate other than the knowledge which HGH seemed very knowledgeable.

Installed AC unit and internal heat unit . Neat install, cleaned all install debris. left site in excellent condition. Addressed all concerned cable routing questions and dressed all runs for finished look. Checked operation and was instructed on setup of thermostat. Install checked out by service manager. Overall a good experience. Oh ..and the AC works fine !!

I have been using HGH Mechnical, Inc for a number of years so when it came to having to replace the existing HVAC system that came with the house I purchased I knew exactly who to use. As always they were very professional and easy to deal with during the installation process. In addition, they are always on time and complete the work in a timely manner. I am very happy with HGH who installed the new equipment. They went out of their way to do a good job. They new what they were doing and answered all of our questions. I would highly recommend them. I cannot answer any questions on how well the system is working due to the fact that we are in the middle of a cold snap and A/C is not needed. You will need to check back with me in 60 days.

The install crew put floor coverings down before the start of work and took the time to explain what was being done during the install. They took the time to go over the set up of the new thermostat and even registered it on line during the process. We are very pleased with both the equipment and contractor choices we made.
