Responded to our call for help quickly. Despite some delay before we could have a new system installed due to demand they were at our home and ready to replace a complete system on the date promised. Kenny along with Brigham and crew could not have been more professional. Always on time, took great care in minimizing their impact on our daily routine and left almost no trace of their presence when the job was completed on the day they had projected. Bottom line \- I would not even consider another company from this day forward.

C. Albert Mathews did a superb job for us. Loaned us window air units and saved us about $1000 in hotel bills. David the installer was all business and a perfectionist. Job was not only complete but it looks great as well. On the down side, the promised 0% financing for 3 years turned into 5.7\-6% interest up front. Financing was an added $750 to the total cost quoted. Had planned to put down $5000 cash and finance $12,338 but an additional $750 to final bill would be $18,088 if we financed through Wells Fargo (6.1% add to the cost). Had to pay in full to avoid finance charge. We paid cash in full. $17,338.
