Installation was a breeze for our humidifier. It took a while by phone, but I did get all my questions answered. It would be great if the company had a technical support number and a person available dedicated to the electronics. Using the thermostat is very complicated. The Carrier book is barebones.

Dealer, and all their employees, were excellent \- had zero issues with them. Issue was a defective fan motor on a brand new replacement central A/C which took over ten days to get replaced due to added testing at customer required by manafacture. Should have replaced the fan motor within two days and done the failure testing back at Carrier NOT at the customers (while leaving the customer without A/C for ten days!).
