This company is the laziest company that you can find. They seem to have decent technicians but only if they are allowed to fix the problems. Their customer services is staffed by some arrogant people who just ridicule customers and service calls. They don't do things on time and they brush you off on service requests. They are sloppy on paperwork and in their response to their customers.

Service provided by Nashoba Heating \& Cooling was excellent, and the work was done several hours before we expected it to be complete. They arrived on schedule before 8:00 a.m. and it was all wrapped up by noon, including a significant amount of electrical work that was coordinated by Nashoba. Alan patiently explained how everything worked, including the new thermostat, and gave great recommendations for how to most efficiently use the new AC system. We would highly recommend Alan and Nashoba to our friends.
