We have worked with CPS in the past few years and they are professional and reliable.

Great new central AC System installed and done in an efficient and timely manner. Have used new system and it cools both house zones quicker and quieter than our older system. No problems at all.

From the initial diagnosis to the quote for the replacement to the installation \- a great experience! I had a number of questions throughout and everyone at CPS was patient and so responsive.

CPS installed our new heating units without a hitch. The crew and service was top notch and everything was completed on schedule. Would highly recommend them.

We highly recommend CPS. They were very prompt in sending out their Sales Rep (Peter), who reviewed and explained the many oiptions and Peter always responded to our questions immediately. They are extremely professional \- the installers: Ken, Tom and Jaimie were very pleasant, reviewed and explained what they were going to do before they did it, showed up early and even worked late \- and they never complained about the 90+ temperature (I can't imagine how hot the attic was!). Again, I highly recommend CPS \- the company and their crew. We love our Carrier central air\-conditioning system! It is so quiet and I don't feel the air flow (that I had to go outside to verify the condenser was on :) )

The CPS sales, service and installation team are very professional and knowledgeable. They diagnosed a problem with an older AC system and made a number of good recommendations. I decided it was time to install a new energy efficient system and am very pleased with the Carrier system which was installed this week.

My AC failed on a very hot day and CPS went above and beyond to replace the unit (which was a 20 year old Carrier) with a new model. This was done quickly and expertly.
