Our furnace/AC unit was at the end of it's lifespan, and Eric and team made every effort to keep it going. However, because of its age, the best option was to replace the unit. Because of their previous excellent maintenance service and quality work, we had Davco do the installation. They were extremely timely, thorough, courteous, and complete. They pride themselves in personalized care and quality service and made every effort to meet and exceed our expectations. The result was a highly efficient, clean, and professional installation, and we are very pleased with the outcome. We also would be remiss if we didn't acknowledge the courteous, professional, and responsiveness communications that Trish provided via telephone and email. Based on this overall experience, we will continue to use Davco for regular serving and other heating/AC needs and would not hesitate to recommend them to others.

Job done on time with minimal inconvenience

Purchased a new furnace and central air system through the MassSave program. We chose Davco as our vendor because of very good pricing on the units selected and because they were local. We definitely made the right decision. They were very helpful throughout the process, both from the office and from the technicians. They fit our schedule, arrived promptly, performed professionally, and left the work area spotless. Answered all questions and explained everything we needed to know. I fully trust them.

Very professional in their services.

Our HVAC heating system went down during the early hours of Monday morning so I called Davco around 8am when they opened. An engineer (called Eric) came out 90 minutes later to diagnose the issue (the furnace was cracked and one of the flames was blowing out when the fan came on, the safety system of course prevented the furnace from starting). The system was old, rusting and cracked so we had a brand new furnace and AC installed 2 days later (Davco performed the installation too) as this was a better way forward than trying to repair it. I was very impressed by their professionalism, their explanation of the problem and giving us options on what could be done (they took a video of what was going on and showed this to us so I could see the flame blowing out). The installation occurred over 2 days and they swept up after themselves too. I would have no problem whatsoever recommending Davco for your heating/cooling needs, Eric also pointed out to me many helpful tips about how we can heat our house more effectively as well as other changes we could make based upon our comfort level. Job well done and a pleasant experience!
