Could not ask for a more efficient, customer pleasing group of expert installers and service people in the Merrimack Valley area. Have been dealing with Callahan for many years and are the go to people for both our heating system and a/c. Will not use anybody else. That's how excellent these folks are.

Our old AC system for part of the house was replaced. Three workers arrived on time, put down tarps to protect my floors, kept me informed, and even finished earlier than expected. They were all pleasant and professional. I am very happy with the service!

MY HEAT WENT OUT I CALLED THEM THEY CAME OUT SAME DAY QUOTED ME SOME OPTIONS I CHOSE A NEW FURNACE. THEY CAME NEXT DAY AND HAD IT FINISHED IN LESS THAN HALF A DAY. LOOKS GREAT AND WORKS GREAT. THESE GUYS ARE GOOD.

These gentlemen were so good, so polite, so neat, efficient, hard\-working. I can't say enough good things about them. They showed me how to use the system, reminded me to register the products, treated us very well! Everyone in town recommends Callahan so we went with them. Matt came out and gave us an estimate and returned again when my husband had more questions, emailed us until we were satisfied that we knew what we were getting. The installers made sure the vents were where we wanted them.

The only process I can rate right now is the installation process of our new A/C system. The 3 employees (Dan, John, and Jaime) could not have been more prompt, professional, polite, and efficient. They worked constantly and quietly in hot humid conditions and cleaned up thoroughly both days they were here. Dan reviewed with me what I would need to do to maintain the system. They finished within the estimated time frame.

They were quick and knowledgeable of the work to be done and being done. They answered all the questions that we had. I had no problems with this company and highly recommend them.

New Furnace \& A/C \-\-Seidewand

Bought my current house 5 years ago, the furnace was original (1986) and was not sure about the a/c unit but it looked old and was not a name I was familiar with. While both were working I could tell by the energy bills they were not as efficient as they could be and decided to replace both before either one died. I called and got 3 quotes from different places on different kinds of products. I was impressed with Callahan heating and A/C from the get go. The salesman sat down with us, went over all our needs and listened to and answered all our questions. He was friendly and professional, spent time with us explaining what we needed and the process that in 1 day his team would come in and install everything. I waited for the 3rd company to come and give us a quote and shouldn't have as that guy did not spend the time and spoke to us not with us. Within a day Callahan emailed us a detailed estimate, we looked it over and was pleased as it fit into our budget. I called Callahan and sent back the signed estimate and deposit and booked the installation. As promised the team came in and by the end of the day their friendly and efficient team were done. We immediately felt the difference in the a/c and it feels cooler than the old system and doesn't run as much. One thing to keep in mind...our wait on the installation date was about 6 weeks. They are that busy!! All in all it was an easy and pleasant process and they even filled out the rebate paperwork and sent it out promptly for us to fill in, sign and mail out.

Decided to be proactive with changing the heating and a/c in our home which was 28 years old before system failed in winter. Not to mention there was a nice rebate program included. The rep was professional but best of all it was a one page quote, clean and to the point. We always get 3 quotes on any home improvements, the other 2 quotes had at least 10 pages with a lot of fancy words and 40% higher than CALLAHAN Heating. The install crew sent out was professional and answered all questions. The best part... the crew was neat and clean. The rep helped to complete all rebate paperwork to assure no errors. The equipment is all energy efficient, we have noticed the lower difference in our heating bills. This is a win win... the price, the service and rebate. CARRIER + CALLAHAN = Happy Home!

It was a pleasure working with Callahan A/C for the installation of two replacement compressors and air handlers at our home. Callahan's crew was on time, professional, and very efficient. They went to great lengths to be as non\-disruptive and protective of our home while they were on site. The sales representative and the staff in the office were responsive and pleasant to deal with throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend them.
