This meant that we had our AC during the night, and they came back promptly the next morning to wrap up and remove the rest of the old unit. Very efficient service that went above and beyond!

From the very first moment I called Southland AC to the very last minute when my service man, Rome, and his assistant left our home I felt like ?I was their one and only customer.? We had been without air conditioning for a week, and when I told the young lady who answered the phone she said ?oh no, we got to fix that.? I got a call from Mr. Cliff, who later came to our home to assess our need. The most important thing he did was listened to me, and showed he cared. It wasn?t just selling a unit, it was why they have the reputation for being experienced, reliable, and accurate. Everyone I spoke with from the phone to in\-person service were very professional, courteous, and just plain kind. They all were our Life Savers, and I will definitely recommend to my friends.
