Michael the technician showed up when promised and got our old unit working for us so that we could at least be comfortable. At this point I decided that I was tired of having to keep trying to band aid the old unit that we had so I decided to have him give me a quote on installing a complete new furnace and air conditioner. We agreed on a price and the company was out in two days for a complete brand new install. Michael and Nathan showed up once again on time and worked throughout the day to get the job done. Both guys did an awesome job from install to clean up. My wife and I could not be happier.

Great crew clean install

My air went out over the weekend. Called first thing Monday morning and technicians were there in a couple of hours. Had to replace units inside and out. Install completed within two days. Everyone was friendly and kind. Great knowledge and very informative about what's next.

Tech's from Jeffries did a thorough job in the installation of the new Carrier HVAC System. They were prompt, knowledgeable and did a great job. Attention to details were given, inspected the air ducts in the crawl space, ensured the compressor was on a platform to allow ground snow, insulated the refrigerant pipes, caulked the space between the refrigerant pipes and the floor etc (to name a few).

Just bought the house a month prior to moving in . A/C started not cooling after 2days. Called Jeffries A/C on Tuesday, came out same day to service unit. Ends up that unit was trash. Got a quote on a new system and had installed on Thursday without a hitch. So far so great !!

The communication was awesome. I would get a text and email confirming everything. Constantly getting updates. Mike Meadows was very helpful with explaining what needed done. He was very detailed. Nevin Fent was did the install and since I was not there when he finished the job, he used face time to show me how everything worked and was also very detailed. I do not think that I have ever had a better experience. I would highly recommend Jeffries for all your heating, cooling and plumbing needs.

They came and split responsibilities during the installation and worked as a team. Tested everything and was always ready to answer questions or concerns. Very professional and respectful.

Install took 11 hours mostly because of lack of extra manpower needed to place outside unit on a weirdly slanted hill. Unit started throwing error messages 6 hours after install crew left. Electric Heat still worked so cold temperatures didn't matter. Of course with a Thursday install it took until Tuesday to resolve the issue of a bad circuit board in the unit. Still having a few issues but Jeffries has been excellent in trying to resolve all problems! Heat is working well, too cold outside to try the cooling. Jeffries Heating and Air have been easy to contact, happy to come out everyday to test and communicate with both myself and Carrier and continue to do whatever it takes to make my Infinity unit respond as this top of the line unit is advertised to do. 4 stars because of defective circuit board not because of Jeffries Heat and Air services!!
