We had an old heat and cooling system for the upstairs of our house. By the early part of summer, 2017, it had stopped working three separate times. We called Elliott Supply \& Glass, Inc. and they recommended a Carrier heat pump. After discussing a couple of different options we decided on the 2 Ton 15 SEER Heat Pump and a WiFi thermostat. The installers were prompt, polite and friendly. We have only had the unit for about a month but I couldn't be happier. The unit is MUCH quieter than our previous unit and is keeping our upstairs at just the right temperature. I highly recommend Elliott Supply \& Glass and Carrier.
