Great company to work with. Very reliable.

Nice people, had good customer service skills, but terrible quality of service and continued issues that they would not make right by the customer. Missed scheduled appt timeframes which I took off work for, installed condenser outside unit after bouncing it through yard on dolly laying on its side. Rolled it off the dolly and dropped when getting up onto driveway from road. Terrible install on inside unit, had to come back and redo the work. Continuous high pitch noises and hissing from inside. Never fully resolved after 5+ house visits and numerous emails to management. Would not refund any money even after having to miss work. 3 different techs said the new unit was low on coolant so they topped it off, but said there is no leak. I cut ties with them due to ongoing and repeated issues. $11k in the hole

Factory oversight on protective screen - missing screws and knock out

Drew, the salesman was helpful in explaining why I needed a new unit and how to pick what I needed. No complaints. The two men who came yesterday to install did a good job I guess, I don't really know anything about AC's. The younger one introduced himself and shook my hand which I appreciated. He mostly worked outside installing the compressor. The other gentleman was fine, but tracked in some dirt. Usually people are more careful, and didn't really clean up very well downstairs. I didn't get a new thermostat which I'm a little confused about. My heater you installed in 2021. I guess the current one is okay, but when I looked at it later, it no longer shows outside temperature which I had before. Why was this taken off? I asked if there was a manual and he said he left it downstairs. It was damp and not really a manual for owners, more for technicians. I guess I expected a little more explanation when they finished after spending $11,000 which is the most I've ever paid.

They came out same day and determined I need a new unit. They didn't pressure to up sell. They installed the new unit much quicker than I expected and had us up and running again.

Fast easy worked with us well answered all our questions

The only issue I have with the dealer is, I had an Infinity Furnace that was only 11 years old. They knew all the setup I had (Infinity thermostat, whole house humidifier), and the furnace I bought was not compatible to all the accessories. I would have paid extra for another Infinity, if they told me up front. I had to contact the Thermostat maker to figure out how to turn off the artificial intelligence option that turns the furnace on, hours before the start time. They made the whole house humidifier work with the new furnace. The dealership, did give me some breaks, which was much appreciated due to putting in $1700 in parts, 2 days prior to complete furnace failure. To Carrier, to have to put 2 new furnaces in the same house over 13 years is ridiculous. This top of the line furnace lasted me only 11 years. Everyone tells me that appliances and everything is being built to only last 10 years at best. I guess Carrier feels that people just have $8000 \- $15000 to spend every 10 years on new HVAC systems. Very disappointed in Carrier as a whole. The dealership I had minor issues with.

I was pleased with the knowledge, expertise Cole and the other workers exhibited as he assessed the issues and advised us on our choices in repair or replacement. They immediately went to work once we decided that replacement was our best choice. So far our heating is working perfectly\-just as Bryant said it would.

Within 2 hrs of calling Bryant when my cooling system had failed, they were able to send a rep to look at my problem. I had dual systems and "double trouble" at the same time. The older unit needed to be replaced while the newer one needed a replacement part. The new unit was installed the next day and when the other part came in, Bryant was there to install it the same day. Phone messages were very Tommy and courteous. I had a wonderfully efficient experience and would highly recommend them.

My unit of 14 years was frozen up. I called first thing that morning and I got an appointment that evening to allow the unit to thaw. After inspecting my unit I was told it was at the end of its life span. I decided on which unit I wanted and signed up for financing all in the same day. My new unit was installed the very next day. Two gentlemen did the work and man they worked their butts off. I'm very happy I called this company.

Bryant Heating and Cooling are heros to us. They were able to show up and give a diagnosis of our heat pump very quickly. They were here for us when no other company could make it here. Bryant has earned a lifetime customers.

FAST \& efficient!!

I have had issues with heating and air conditioning on my upper floor of my home. Had two units to service 3 bedrooms, a loft and an air studio. Never cooled or heated one end of my home. Bryant's agent Omar solved the problem and now I have one unit to service the entire area. Solution, we now have air conditioning on that entire floor and expect we will have heat come cooler weather. It only took 36 years to find a solution.

My service window was 9 to noon. They came at 9:15. They worked hard all day to replace my unit and at the end of the day my house was cool. I felt they did a great job

I had an AC tune up visit on Wednesday. My AC was very low on refrigerant \& very old. My water heater also was in bad shape. I'd replaced my furnace a few months prior, but wasn't offered to replace my whole system. Mark worked with his boss to get me a discount like I had done all of this at once, which I appreciated. However, I believe Mark flipped a switch on my panel that also caused an issue a few days later (I watched Mark flip a switch on the panel Because he thought blowing speed was incorrect). I had the AC \& water heater installed on Thursday. The plumber cut his hand \& another guy had to take him to the ER. I understand things happen, but it was unfortunate because they were unable to complete the job in one day. I was ensured the AC would function though, they just needed to bring another piece to install. I was told they'd do that Friday. Never heard back Friday morning so I called and they asked me to schedule for the next week so I scheduled on Tuesday. So on Sunday I noticed that the temps were 2 or 3 degrees higher than what I had my thermostat set on. It said AC was on, but hardly any air was coming out of the vents. I shut it off \& turned it back on and watched it run upstairs for 20\-30 minutes. It actually got 1 degree warmer! So I called Bryant frustrated because I have a 37 week pregnant wife at home and can't keep my house cool \& I'm tired of having people out to the home. They schedule to have someone diagnose the issue on Monday morning. So Gary comes and discovers my coils are frozen because my blowing motor is set too low. So he gets to that panel and flips a switch like Mark did, to correct the issue. This did help once he got the ice off the coils. Tuesday morning the installers come back to finish the install. They were quick that morning. Everyone was nice, it's just frustrating that I had issues \& it took so many visits.

Examined my old system after a $654 electric bill. About 2 to 3 times what I expected. Old system could not be fixed and was out of date. They worked with me to convert to gas heat. We had to have gas ran to the house. The day it was ready they installed the next day. Great service and communication.

Great service

I had a strange situation in which the old Furnace had a wooden box built around it. They removed the box for free and left the basement cleaned after completion. They were also very fast and installed the furnace the day after I requested service, which was important since it was 20 degrees outside.

Our man(Jerome) was great. He was very polite, mannerly and knowledgeable. He and his helper worked very constantly until the job was completed.

I had a furnace tune up scheduled for the first time in my new home. It was an 18 year old furnace, and the tech was able to diagnose that the furnace was a danger \& recommended replacement. Later that day, 2 new techs came out to install my new unit. They were kind, professional, clearly knowledgeable \& did great work (and cleaned up after themselves). My only grievance is that they showed up later than scheduled, but that's not their fault. I honestly was just happy it could get done the same day so I didn't mind much.

This company is very professional. Always completes job in a timely manner. Have used them for over 20 years. Definitely would highly recommend them.

During a semiannual cleaning. I needed a new furnace. They showed and told why and gave me options. I never felt pushed. They take care of my home like it is there owned

I would never use Bryant ever again. I will make sure to let anyone who considers Brant to absolutely never use these people. I was suckered into thinking I needed a new replacement furnace after a man named David came out and stayed at my house for two hours doing a inspection on m current Trane X80 unit. He said I needed a new furnace so I bought one and paid over 6K for it. They came the next day and installed the new Carrier Infinity furnace with smart remote. The installers had no idea how to explain to me how the smart remote works. After they left the issues begin. The unit would not cut off unless I manually did it from the remote. Also the AC was not working. I called Bryant and they sent a man out who reset the thermostat. The next day it was warm and I wanted to use my AC. The AC was not coming on. I called Bryant again. They sent David back out here and he informs me that the AC was not wired correctly to the new unit. The next night it was going to be cold outside, so I needed to use the furnace. I was using the smart remote that I had to manually set because this smart remote was not working with any of my phones tablets etc. The heat came on about 5PM and would NOT shut off. It ran consistently and would not shut off with the thermostat in auto mode. Even when I tried to shut it off at the thermostat, it still would not shut off. So I called Bryant again. They sent out another guy named Allen Spalding. Allen did multiple test and informed me that he thought the thermostat was bad. So he suggested that they replace this $750 thermostat. Allen came back to my house on 11/8 to replace the thermostat. As he was replacing the old thermostat he found that the original installers left multiple cooper wires exposed that connects to the thermostat. He said this probably shorted out the defective thermostat. Allen had to work to fix all of the faulty wiring. After he replaced the thermostat, he went to the main new Infinity unit in the basemen and found multiple issues again with the install. He found multiple exposed holes in the duct work. Allen taped up all the holes. After doing research on the Carrier smart remote I found that multiple people were experiencing the exact same issue as me. The review for the Carrier Smart remote are terrible. Also you cannot use a Nest or Honeywell Smart thermostat with this Carrier infinity system. It has to be this unreliable Carrier thermostat. This has been the worst experience I have ever had as a home owner with something like this. The Trane X80 that was originally in this house, and was replaced by Bryant with a Carrier Infinity ran like a tank for over 20 years without one issue. I wished I had gotten a second opinion and never used Bryant or never had Carrier installed in my house.

This installation replaced a In ceiling pancake unit, relocation of indoor unit requested by home owner. Original equipment outdated and needed update so a floor mounted furnace was installed and operates perfectly. Bryant heating and cooling was the only contractor that would quote the replacement after calling 4 other local contractors.

Quick, efficient work, maybe took an hour and a half.

Took 6 installers and service people from Bryant and a plumber to check gas lines for proper size for gas pressure to get 2nd stage furnace to work. Bryant kept saying gas pressure too low and gas company said it was not. Plummer said pipes were correct size according to info instructions. Finally main supervisor from Bryant came out and he got adjustments set right and he said could have been others tools. Basically I think they did not know how to adjust it.We got the furnace from them because in 2017 they replaced our A/C unit and it worked fine but when installing new furnace something was not installed right inside by furnace. Lewis from Bryant is only one that I would trust. just hope and pray that furnace does what it is supposed do.

Filter doesn't fit very good, too the filter tight. It rips to pieces trying to get it out.

Heater Replacement resulted from evaluation conducted when failed heat pump was replaced in summer of 2019. Bryant technicians were very thorough and knowledgeable about pending problems with existing heat exchanger and propensity for future failure rates.
