Quality Heating \& Air came recommended by a neighbor that had recently installed a new furnace. Todd came by for a no heat service call. He gave us the bad news I were expecting. The gas valve was bad, and the heat exchanger had cracks. The call for a new furnace was made. He sent us quotes (for furnace alone as well as furnace and AC) that night. The next day we had other HVAC companies over for quotes. These salespeople didn't give us the warm and fuzzy feeling that Todd had. Nor could they match the prices. Austin (Owner) came by that night to get financing together. We chose to go with a new furnace and ac unit. The install mostly happened in 1 day. The furnace was installed and working. The next day the AC was finished. Overall we had a great experience.

He worked hard to extend the life of the existing unit until it was hopeless. I am pleased with the unit he recommended and the the efficiency of the two men who installed the unit.
