Donnie Rowe HVAC has handled both my AC \& Furnace installs. Very professional and the service people were 1st rate. I don't normally rate companies, but this company I would recommend to anyone.

Needed a new split system package. Donnie Rowe Heating \& Air was very responsive to our need, gave a very fair estimate to which we agreed upon and had a very knowlwdgeable and hard working install crew install crew on site the very next day. Had the work completed in a very timely manner and our split system AC unit cooling better than it has cooled in years with the new Carrier unit!

He was willing to give me options when I was trying to decide to repair or replace my old Carrier Furnace. I chose to replace the furnace and they were there the next day to do the work. I was very pleased with the outcome and workmanship they provided.

Gil came to our house to inspect our heat pump. Our heat pump was 20 + years old and the compressor was out. Donnie gave us a price for a new system. Aaron and Greg came to do the installation. The price was exactly what was told and the guys did an excellent job with the installation. Everyone that we dealt with was professional and courteous. We couldn't have ask for a better team!!

I've spent a number of years renting somewhat cheap places, and when we bought our home 2 years ago we knew the AC system was on its last leg. So it's safe to say that I've dealt with a number of HVAC companies over the years. Donnie Rowe is far and away the best I've ever dealt with. When our old unit finally gave up the ghost, it was a Wednesday evening after hours. We found Mr. Rowe's company through the carrier website, because I knew that I wanted a higher end system that would last. I emailed Mr. Rowe through his website after business hours, not expecting to hear back until the following morning. Within an hour I had an email and a scheduled appointment for first thing Thursday morning. When Mr. Rowe arrived, he was the epitome of professionalism. He advised me on carrier's product line, and gave me what I felt was an extremely honest opinion of my options. I was looking to convert from an electric heat pump to a gas furnace unit, and Mr. Rowe said that would be no problem at all. He even walked me through financing options and explained every thing that would have to change and be updated as part of the replacement process. The replacement was scheduled for the following Tuesday, as that was the first available date. Mr. Rowe's crew arrived on time and were efficient and professional in their work. They were friendly and didn't make me feel like I was in their way when I asked questions or wandered out to check out the progress. When they came inside the house to change out the thermostat unit, they even took their shoes off, which was wholly unnecessary but a very considerate thing to do. While I can't say I was happy to have to spend the money on a new system, I can say that I was thoroughly pleased with the experience all the way around, and I would not hesitate for a second to recommend Mr. Rowe to anyone who asks.

Tried first to install my choice of the high efficiency model and ran into outside venting issues they couldn't resolve so without any hesitation they pulled the HiE unit and put a standard efficiency in it's place, no hassle, no arguments, no demands for more labor payments. Very professional, very business\-like. I would certainly recommend them to my friends. I can't be as confident about the product since it hasn't been in service very long, but I am very confident of the company that did the work.

My old heat pump was on it's last leg and it was constantly running low on frion. I decided to find a heating \& Cooling business that didn't keep stringing me along. A friend of a friend in the business recommend Donnie Rowe. Donnie was able to send a serviceman out the very next day. I already had decided it was time to have a new system. The crew was able to come out and get the old units out and the new units in within one more day. Everyone was very considerate and thorough in their job. When I had questions they helped me to understand whatever my concerns were. I am very pleased with the heat pump system and with all of the workers that helped. I am looking forward to a more comfortable "winter" this year and I already know that this heat pump is heads above the other that was in this house when I moved in.

Donnie and his team did an excellent job installing my new system. He was candid and upfront about different options and answered all of my questions honestly and clearly. He did not try to push or sale unwanted items or components. He also went out of his way to make sure everything was working perfectly.
