initial install was shoddy. A vent connection was left open in the ceiling causing unit to freeze up and house to not cool. Homeowner identified the issue in the first week. McElroy's insisted it was other issues and took a full month for them to repair the open vent issue identified by homeowner. This solved the cooling issue.

Right from the beginning with the bid process, through the purchase and the installation of the furnace/air conditioner equipment, the work from McElroy's was excellent. Mr. Litfin and Mr. Lickteig worked a full day plus overtime on a 100+ degree day to be sure that we had access to a cool home that night. On top of that they were pleasant and professional, representing McElroy's at the highest level.
