A few years ago I had a problem with my inside heat pump unit. The other two vendors told me I needed a very expensive part or wanted to replace the entire system. The technicians who do the regular maintenance are exceptional, too. My old air conditioner stopped working and the company scheduled someone to fix it the next morning. The technician explained what part needed to be replaced and the cost before fixing the system. The crew who installed my new system worked efficiently together. They took the time to explain the features of my new system and showed me how to operate the thermostat. They cleaned up both inside and out when they finished installing my new equipment.

Caleb and his crew just left. They arrived on time and completed the entire job (new furnace and air conditioner) within five hours. They were polite, professional, surprisingly quiet, and very efficient. They put down carpet protector, wore booties over their shoes, and left without a trace. Jake (not from State Farm) did a great job of explaining the plusses and minuses of the options we had. He was also quite patient with my dawdling on making a decision. The pricing was exactly what he told me it would be (no surprise "Oh, we ran into a problem and blah, blah, blah...). Overall, I look forward to them doing the semi\-annual check\-ups and would highly recommend them to anyone and everyone.

It was less than 48 hours from hearing a concerning sound from the furnace to an installed, fully functional new furnace \& AC with all rebate paperwork completed by Irish Air. OUTSTANDING!

Irish Air responded quickly, was prompt, provided answers to all my questions and beat all competitors on pricing, warranty, and timing. Completely satisfied.

Sales representative was very helpful and knowledgeable but we had concerns about the installation. Installation was 2 weeks ago so we are still evaluating the system.

I love this company. They are great. I had to have my heat done and they where out the next day. They worked with me on deals. They helped my family when no other company would. I then went though with getting my air fixed and it wasnt getting cool. I called they came out the next day to look at ut amd got me on the next open appt and then it was working great. They laid paper down to protect our floor and covered their shoes every time they entered our home during the 10 1/2 hour replacement.

Prompt and delivered everything requested 1 attempt. Took the time to insure the path to repairs was protected from harm.

We received 5 estimates to replace our old outdated electric heat pump with a new gas system. Out of all the estimates we received, the one from Jake at Irish Air was the most detailed and he took the time to explain the pros and cons of switching from all electric to a gas system.

Jim spent the time to educate me about "Carriers" equiptment and to answer all my questions and concerns. Because of his patience I was able to purchase exactly what was best for my family. I was able to purchase exactly what we wanted to meet our wants, needs and goals. Jim did not try to upsale (some salespersons try to sale you more than you want) or undersale (as to be the lowest bid). Jim was not phony perky fake (scripted \& memorized) like to many a salespersons and there was no pressure to buy this or that. Jim patiently educated me the consumer, he answered all my questions, he addressed all my concerns and then allowed me to make my own decisions on what I wanted and needed. The very most important part of the deal is Jim delivered, he fulfilled and exceeded all my expectations for my purchase of a furnace, airconditioner and thermastat control. The installers were very professional, courteous and respectful. Tim the service manager was excellent at explaining to me the higher techie thermastat controller that came with our purchase (I was a little intimidated by the technology at first). Tim is excellent at explaining and guiding me through set up, etc. Tim took care of product registration, warranty registration and rebate applications. I had been through a nightmare last year with the purchase of an airconditioner from a competitor. NO nightmare with Irish Air I was taken under their wings and I felt that I was being protected and they really cared and established a trusting relationship for future maintenance or repairs should it ever be needed. Excellent service from start to finish.

Equipment works as expected. Much better than my 17 year old unit that it is replacing. The unit has been installed for a couple weeks now, and it seems to be cooling more efficiently so far. The installers with Irish Air were professional, and seemed to know their business. Would recommend!

The installers didn?t know how to set up the thermostat. I had to spend hours on the phone trying to resolve the issue myself. Holes were cut in my home leaving open space to the outside. It wasn?t caulked or insulated at all. The pieces of wood were just left outside the house, never cleaned up.

I appreciated the full explanations given to what needed to be done, options offered, etc.

I had an issue with carbon monoxide. This company came out and assessed the issue and provided me with a quote and eventually helped me through home warranty issues. Once the furnace was installed, there were problems with the unit itself (not the contractor). They came out and repaired with just as much info and friendliness as they did before. I would recommend this company, as they are honest, fair and good people.

Irish air recently completed installation of a new a/c and furnace. The technicians were friendly and the a/c and furnace both work well. My only complaint is that the installation does not fully professional. There is a lot of insulating tape used where ducts do not fully line up or where they do not fit together well. The price was good but I feel it looks somewhat like a DIY job even though it was professionally done.

We had a very complex set up with multiple old heaters in a compact area. We were provided many options as well as a great expert opinion which has saved us time as well as lots of money. I will absolutely be using Irish Air again.

We love Irish Air. They are super nice and always do a good job. They even went out of their way to work us into their booked schedule when our furnace (so no central air) went out. It's actually the second time (first time when our central air unit went out) that they have worked to get our air back on as quickly as possible. Indiana summers can be miserable and we have pets so air conditioning is a necessity. Missed a couple spots with the aluminum tape, but it was easy for me fix myself so not a big deal. Our central air has never run better. I believe we got a fair price and great financing. Couldn't be happier with our new furnace.

Jim Snyder and his Irish Air Team have proven their expertise and integrity with us over the past several years. They have worked for affordable solutions for us and did their best to educate us about choices we had. When it was time to finally replace the system, I didn't want to consider any other company.

I had several other quotes. They worked though and nicely walked me through all the options to get me the best set up and saved me the most money for the best system I could get. THey were the only group that directed me to rebates that were out there being offered. Their location was the furthest from my house but have always been the most responsive in the past! I would recommend them to anyone!

Jake was my first initial contact very courteous \& professional. My furnace went out as the weather was at its coldest of th e season. He did not put any pressure on us, listed our options \& let my wife \& I decide on what product (if any) we wanted to purchase. We did have a problem with the control system which they said was unusual but they were on the situation fast \& had us back with heat(thanks to Jack).

NEARLY Everything about this new unit I like. However, I just replaced the thermostat the week before the AC went out. It was simple and my kids knew how to use it. I do not like the new thermostat AT ALL! It's complicated, I have no idea how to use it, and the installer took my old thermostat I JUST installed with them. I will probably take this square black thermostat that is a total POS and replace it with the one I just installed last month.

Irish Air came out and recommended me getting a new system because trying to repair the exiting unit would be more costly in the long run. I felt very comfortable in there recommendation. I went with a Performance, 2 stage, variable speed furnace. The installers did an excellent job and they added a media air filter which I really need. I'm very happy with everyone involved from the first phone call to the installation of the furnace. They did everything they told me they would do... Can't ask for more than that!

My husband loves the precise, neat installation of our new Heat Pump and Furnace, and we are so pleased with how quietly it runs. Irish Air came to my house and looked at my aging furnace. After some great conversation, he recommended three options that would work in my home. I agreed and they came out and installed the furnace and they got here on time, were clean and neat, and cleaned up when they finished. My furnace went out at a rental property that I own. I called Irish Air Now to fix the problem. However, the explained they could temporarily fix it but in all honesty I needed to replace everything (which the furnace was 22 years old and in bad shape 3 years earlier). They did everything they could to get the price down and fixed everything the next day. I had a really great experience and highly recommend them. Ironically, my neighbors called Irish Air Now the next day and spoke very highly of them on Facebook.

I have a larger home and we heat and cool approx $6,000 square feet and we were having some issues with our existing furnace. I had one company out and they told me within about 5 minutes that I need to replace my 15 year old furnace. I decided to get a second opinion and Jim came out immediately. He found the issue in my furnace and told me that I had a couple of options. He could fix our furnace and the cost was about $450 for the repair. He wasn't pushy and he helped me get the furnace going while I considered my options. He also prepared 3\-4 options for me to consider if I decided to upgrade. Due to the size of our home we felt it was worth investing in a newer system for the efficiencies and he made us a great deal if we would do that AC at the same time which also was much more efficient than what we had. He took his time to answer all of my questions, and once we decided had our new system installed in about 3/4 of a day. We now have wifi controls so we can adjust our temperatures from anywhere anytime. Great overall experience, honest, helpful, knowledgeable, and not pushy.

purchased a 4 ton air conditioner from Irish Air. Was done quickly and efficiently. The unit has been problem free and kept the home cool all summer and fall.

We had problems right after the unit was installed with condensate forming on the Freon line. It took numerous trips for Irish Air to finally get the static pressure where the AC could run correctly. Considering the ductwork in the house Irish Air advised us how to remedy the problems. They never refused to help us when we had AC problems. I would highly recommend them as knowledgeable and helpful.
