Furnace Installation

Brian worked over 12 hours installing my new central air unit, remaining patient, polite and in a good mood, despite his weariness.

We had a heat pump compressor fail on the Tuesday morning and a new system installed by Wednesday afternoon. Overall, a smooth process, reasonable pricing and great technicians.

I have a Nest thermostat. They have been able to teach me about the thermostat and are skilled in service and installation with one.

Great service, fast and respectful to renters.

New system that was installed is great. Not only does it work better, installation was much more professional than my last system and looked great. Service techs that did the install were professional and courteous. I'm very happy with the new system. Only issue I had was with the account management/ financing side of the transaction. I have excellent credit and was approved for financing, but this dealer couldn't seem to get things straight. They initially said I was denied (twice) and requested a credit card to secure the installation. I knew this was incorrect and had to call dealer's financing company (which told me I was approved) and follow up with the dealer to give them the information. Dealer then charged my credit card anyway, after telling me that they would not. I had to follow up with dealer again to have them fix this. Still waiting for them to make the correction and will have to follow up yet again to ensure everything is taken care of. Installation and equipment was great. Service from an account/ financing standpoint has been very bad. Unless you are paying cash or credit card, I recommend you double check all aspects of the transaction to be sure everything is accurate. Team at Efficient Systems won't bother to dig into these details and are likely to make mistakes.

Flame rumble near this Carrier furnace is noticeable, and it has no sight glass. Other than that, the furnace is nice and runs well. Sales pitch was a little misinformed on conservation of energy but otherwise OK. Installation was punctual and high quality.
