Highly recommend Steinhardt Heating /Cooling for all your HVAC needs. Thanks to the entire staff at Steinhardt Heating for a job well done during this recent cold snap. I had some lingering issues on my old 20yr+ heatpump and realized it was time to replace this dinosaur with a new one. Within one week from first contact with Steinhardt staff I had a New HVAC system installed. My family and I are now cozy warm even during the zero deg days we’ve seen. Things I look for when contracting work include Honesty, integrity, technical ability, workmanship, reliability, availability and of course costs. These are to measured and reviewed and I can report that Steinhardt Heating rate High on each of these while keeping costs inline and reasonable. System installed as promised, no surprises and great follow-up. Thanks to install techs Tommy and Jason for a clean and classy job, and to Jake & Monica on the follow-up. Great job.

Seems to have a lot of lesser experienced tech. Several major mistakes were initially made on our install. They were ultimately fixed, but it took several weeks to work out all the issues.

More powerful, yet compact/ efficient systems!!

Needed new HVAC very quickly, and Steinhardt was able to accommodate. One disappointment is in the significant amount of garbage left behind in the attic when they were done.

Installed a new Carrier Infinity Thermostat for my system. The Installer went over the operations of the new thermostat and answered all my questions. Great company and will refer my friends and family to Steinhardt's.

Always great service

I purchased new Carrier HVAC \& Heating System and two (2) vented fireplaces that included installation on a newly constructed home. Also purchased installation of all ductwork, gas piping and chimney chase cover. The installation has been poor, at best. Since 09/06/2023, I have had multiple issues with the functioning of the equipment. The service and communications have been very poor. I'm currently (01/20/2024) still working to have Steinhardt correct the problems. While they have been responsive, the problems persist and my sense is that the system or components were not properly installed. The Carrier heating system is currently not working notwithstanding 2 separate efforts made this past week. I just received two alerts from Ecobee thermostat indicating the system is not functioning properly. I will follow up, but the experience has been awful and I would not recommend Steinhardt on any of the work I hired them to do.

Did a great job.

Jake took the worry about our poor HVAC and turned it in to a wonderful new HVAC. He was always available prior to installation. They were flexible about payment, and everyone was so friendly. The team installing did a wonderful job. They were very polite, kept the house clean, and they protected my tomato plants!! They also cleaned and hauled all the trash away. The system now works great. Perfect cooling.

Kris Pittman did an outstanding job!!!! He was professional and caring. He had to return on a Saturday because the unit was not operating properly. He came back with a tenacious attitude, troubleshooted the problem, and got the job done correctly. Outstanding employee!!!!
