Centsible Heating \& Air Conditioning came out for a service call on my old furnace and the technician did his best to try to keep the unit running but due to the age of the unit the system failed to keep functioning. Centsible was able to provide me with a proposal within less than 4 hrs and they had the unit in stock. They came out the following day (holiday I may add) and replaced the furnace. They did such a good job I replaced my air conditioning unit as well. The workmanship and cleanliness of their techs was 100%. There was minimal cleanup after they completed the job. Great company and I highly recommend.

Quick and efficient install. Boiler working well. Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 : Safety pressure relief installed incorrectly and in violation of ASME code, company owner argued with me over this and didn't offer to rectify, leaving it up to me to fix. (there are clear instructions / pictorals in the installation manual, but it was a simple fix)

Centsible replaced the furnace at our previous residence in 2011. When we purchased our new house there wasn't any question who we were going to call. They have very reasonable and competitive prices. Their employees showed up on time and were very polite and professional.

Came on time, very efficient, polite, cleaned up and answered all of my questions.

My furnace was only blowing cold air, so I called Centsible Heating and someone came out right away. I was told I could either repair or replace the furnace, however the furnace was 22 1/2 years old, so I chose to replace. They were able to schedule my installation the next day by moving things around. I could not have been more appreciative and thankful.

From proposal thru installation Centsible did a great job. We got a new system that is designed for our home and it is performing just as Centsible said it would. Installers were friendly and professional and answered all our questions. Thanks Centsible.

My a/c went out during the hottest day of the year. They came out and gave me an estimate the next day. What really impressed me was they were able to schedule install 2 days later.

Great overall experience, from our first call to schedule an inspection of our 25 year old Carrier furnace through the delivery and installation of our new Carrier furnace the folks at Centsible were very knowledgeable and helpful.

I was amazed how well these guys worked together. My old furnace ( 45+ years ) was out, the new one was in and operating in less than an afternoon. And they even had to fabricate some duct work on site. Even the inspector said it looked great. Plus they left it cleaner than it was. I was impressed.

Centsible showed outstanding customer service and technical expertise when my furnace failed and they were able to get a new furnace installed the next day. I cant say enough about how thankful we are to get our heat back especially when the weather is in single digits. The installers showed professionalism and were very friendly while installing the new furnace. These guys were great. They knew their products and their business! Local business and they had repaired my old air conditioner on the hottest day of the year a few years ago. When I again started having troubles, I only thought of one name...Centsible!

The service tech that came out first explained everything he did and what I needed in the near future. I felt comfortable talking with him and he did not pressure sell me on anything but service. I called the office to schedule an appointment and they came out to explain the new furnace and what it would take to install central air. Was amazed at the pricing offered and had it done. Three days later they came replaced and installed everything in a timely manner. After they explained everything I still felt I made a good decision and would recommend this company to anyone who needs heating and air conditioning. Great job guys, really appreciate it.

We called Centsible to look at our furnace on one of the coldest days of the year. They told us it was basically a beyond repair and a dangerous to use. We decided to have them replace it completely and the said it might take a couple of days as they were so busy. However they fit us in they next day and we had a nice warm house that afternoon. They workers were very polite and professional. I have have problems in the past with other companies in the area and was hesitant to call. However I would recommend Centsible to anyone without a second thought.

I was looking to install an entirely new system because both my furnace and a/c were about 30 years old. The owner came to my home, really looked things over and made a recommendation. He provided a written quote right then. It was a reasonable price and there was no pressure to buy. I got quotes from two other dealers. Centisible's was in the middle. I went with Centsible because of how the owner treated me and his knowledge. I believe he gave me a fair price and will treat me right when I need help in the future.

I was able to order my new air conditioner install with ease. A couple hours later, they called and said they were able to move other appointments around allowing them to install mine 2 days earlier. Needed a new A/C

Centsible heating and cooling removed our old furnace and air conditioners and replaced with Carrier furnace and air conditioner. They installed it last week and the air conditioner is working great. The installers were professional and efficient while working in my home and in a timely fashion.

Our furnace went out January 3rd 2017. We check four different companies and their product line. Carrier seem to have the best quality for the best price. And to date we are very happy with our system.
