Mr Brian Atwood, HVAC SERVICE TECHNICIAN was AWESOME! What started out to be just a service call for our 1992 Carrier AC/HEATING UNIT. He was exceptional in his delivery & representation of his Bryant Company out of Evansville, IN. We figured that we would be purchasing and new unit, just not this quick. Our Carrier Unit, like I said was installed in 1992, so it was a no-brainer, to purchase another one. Brandon gave us up front information to help us make our decision. We purchased a new AC/HEATING unit, and it was installed the next day. The two gentlemen, Nick and Dawson who installed the unit were great to deal with, the were quick, knowledgeable, and answered all our questions & concerns. They arrived at 10:00am, and they were completed by 2:30, after taking a lunch break. I personally would refer these three gentleman, and their business to anyone with NO HESITATION!!!
