I had Schiff change out a 2.5 Ton heat pump. I shopped around for several quotes, Schiff was competitive with some and WAY cheaper than others. They were in \& out in less than 8 hours, on a day when the whole family was either out of school or working from home. They were professional, friendly and courteous the whole time. We had a small issue the next day that was resolved immediately. Definitely satisfied.
