Have been using Loesch for nearly 30 years for annual maintenance checks on heating and air conditioning. They also installed a new HVAC system (York) for us years ago and again this month (Carrier). They are always on time, tidy and fix the problem or complete the annual maintenance. No negatives here.

I've used Loesch hvac company for 23 years and will for at least another 23 years. Their history of excellent, prompt, and knowledge\- sharing service and maintenance is the reason we used them for a new hvac system. There is no one else we would want.

The men did a good job on a complex installation involving an additional install of a new wood furnace into same ductwork. The Loesch company has done work for us in the past, and has been used in the past by my late parents and my grandparents.

Our 19 year HVAC system needed to be replaced. Our sales rep showed up on\-time and gave us a detailed estimate on a new HVAC system and answered all of our questions/concerns as we made our decision selecting our new system. Recommend some changes he thought would help with our heating and cooling in the home. Once we selected Loesch H \& A, the service technicians showed up on\-time and finished the job same day. They took the time to explain our new equipment and made sure everything was working before they left our home. Work performed: The entire area was clean(both inside \& out), you couldn't even tell they had been there except for the newly installed equipment. They also registered all of our new HVAC equipment for warranty and sent us the warranty registration confirmation page. We are very pleased with install and so far, the Carrier equipment is running great. Will be interesting to see if we save in utility costs the next few years.
